Pacheco founded Pacheco Professional Consulting, LLC (PPC) to deliver high-level strategic support to architects, general contractors, property managers, and glazing professionals nationwide. As a certified, fourth-generation glazier and respected industry leader, David brings unmatched knowledge in glass systems, compliance, project management, and operational improvement.
PPC was created to provide clients with a trusted, independent expert who can support every stage of the glazing process – from early design consultations to post-installation assessments. Whether it’s a complex commercial build or a residential upgrade, David’s goal is to improve efficiency, avoid costly errors, and elevate the outcome of every project.

David began his career as an apprentice glazier and quickly advanced through field installation to supervisory and project management roles. His background includes installation, field operations, estimating, and executive leadership. That hands-on experience shapes his ability to solve challenges from every angle – technical, financial, and organizational.
His deep understanding of the construction environment enables him to act as a vital link between architects, trades, and building owners. He ensures that glazing systems are not only beautiful and functional, but safe, efficient, and code-compliant.
